Reservations Process
1. Review the calendar to see when we are scheduling trips and if your date is available.
2. Review the schedule page to see if the trip location has already been determined.
a. If a trip location has been determined and is still open, you may join that trip.
b. If the trip location is still undetermined, the first person to reserve that date may choose the location.
3.Next, click here to complete the reservation form as completely as possible then complete the payment form on the same page.
4. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours please call 816-419-7457 to inquire about the status of your request.

CANCELATION POLICY:
You may cancel any time up to one day prior to your trip to reschedule or receive a refund. If we cancel due to weather or river conditions and you do not wish to reschedule, we will refund your money in full.
We cannot offer a refund for last minute cancellations or those who do not appear at their scheduled float time.
